Alexi von Eldik, the founder of CRU, has proven through her recent MSc research that eating a high-raw, mostly plant-based diet significantly enhances productivity and well-being. In fact, diet had a more significant effect on well-being, than even most psychological (non-pharmaceutical) tools currently available.
Ms. von Eldik, in her capacity as an organisational psychologist focusing on health and diet, is available to speak to employees on the relationship between food and work productivity, and to consult on how an organisation can boost performance by better educating employees on food choices. Ms. von Eldik will work with her corporate client to create an integrated programme incorporating in-house learning, individual interventions, CRU meal delivery and in-house catering consultation.
